EJ JUMP ROPE MASTER CLASS

Really enjoyed delivering a Jump Rope Masterclass to the Boxers at Paramount Boxing in Stockport, England.

A community non profit Boxing Club in Stockport run by coaches and volunteers catering for all levels of Boxers from nice to open class, male and female!

Jumping Rope is a great way for Boxers to improve their fitness, footwork, balance and co-ordination. It's something that can be included into their training as a warm up, cardio blast as a workout finisher or something you do on rest days in short spells.

During the 1 Hour Jump Rope Master Class we covered:
- How to perform the basic fundamentals
- Different types of beginners footworks
- Different types of intermediate footworks
- Short mini Jump Rope Workouts
- Introduced 2 Skills: Side Swings & Cross Overs
- Finished with a Jump Rope Boxing Style Combo to flex!

Once Boxers can perform all of the above - its easier to transition to more advanced athletics skills.

I'm excited to share with you more footage of the Master Class to help inspire more Boxers or people who enjoy boxing style of training to upgrade their Jump Rope Skills.
