Baking a pizza directly on a stone or steel provides a nice crispy crust that we all love. This video shows you how to stretch the dough, successfully move it from the peel to the pizza steel and provides baking tips.
Oven temp: 500 degrees F
Bake time: Varies with the size of pizza and your oven. It's best to monitor the top and bottom of the pizza.
