We are in Forks, Washington exploring the town and visiting the Olympic National Park hiking to secluded beaches and remote viewpoints. We finish our Pacific Northwest road trip to the Olympic National Park by showing you Second Beach, Rialto Beach, Neah Bay, Cape Flattery and Forks, Washington, the Twilight movie series mecca that draws thousands of fans each year.

Some of the highlights of the trip to Forks are the local restaurants and taphouses. The Westend Taphouse had a great selection of beers and food. We enjoyed the cider and gose on our visit. The Longhouse Cafe had a great take on an old meal. The Rez Burger was a seasoned patty on a frybread bun. Very unique and very delicious.

All around town, establishments celebrated the Twilight movie series. We visit a store that had all things Twilight that would satisfy any fan. The Forks Chamber of Commerce had displays and souvenirs for sale in their gift shop.

***About***
We are Ron and Jodi. We have been together since 1992 and have been traveling and exploring around the Pacific Northwest and beyond the entire time. Please join us as we go rambling around our next 30 years while living our “work hard, play hard” philosophy. We will try to show as much of our adventures, tips and reviews as we can through our journey practicing for retirement.

This channel will be about adventures big and small, weekend getaways traveling in the motorhome exploring our region to flying away on extended vacations discovering new destinations. We hope to inspire others to make time to travel, explore and discover what our land has to offer.
