A taste through regular Lillet Blanc, and a special bottle - Reserve Jean Lillet. We'll see the difference and use it to make two great drinks, including Bond's favourite...

THE VESPER
45ml (1 ½ oz) gin
15ml (½ oz) vodka
20ml (⅔ oz) Lillet Reserve Jean Lillet
Glass: coupe or martini
Garnish: lemon twist

Add all of your ingredients to a shaker tin, shake with ice and double strain into a chilled glass. Twist your lemon peel over the top to expel the oils and use to garnish.

ADONIS-ish COCKTAIL
45ml (1 ½ oz) vermouth/aromatised wine (the classic recipe calls for sweet vermouth but I’m using Lillet Reserve)
45ml (1 ½ oz) fino sherry
Glass: coupe or martini
Garnish: grapefruit twist

Add all of your ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, fold your twist over the top to expel the oils and use to garnish.
