#findyourself Voet of the Wine 21km 2024! It was awesome to be back after not running for 8 days and this race has greeted me with open arms🤗 from adhoc scattered showers🌦️, hills⛰️, muddy trails💦 but the warmest highlight was the free wine tasting reward at the top of Zevenwacht Estate🍷🤭🥳

I had fun chilling, chit chating with friends, taking pics and stopped long time for my wine break and I did drank my fill to ensure my heart rate went up so that Discovery Vitality can give me points😅🤣

Thank you In Touch Athletic Club, Kuils River for the amazing gees, perfect marshalling, well stocked waterpoints and lovely challenging route🙌🙏👏 I had fun and enjoyed the race.
