First trail run (on the channel).
Welcome! For those who are new. I have been documenting my experiences on the bike on this channel for several years now. For the longest time I have been wanting to branch out and document more running and health topics on here. While I have been a road runner for a little while now, I have been dabbling into some trail running as my knee has been feeling better. Definitely better than road IMO! Decided to take the camera out and capture one for you! Hope you enjoy the video!

PS SORRY ABOUT THE BEAR BELL!!!! IT DROVE ME CRAZY WHILE EDITING. I won't have it next time. I usually am loud enough talking to the camera, or while off camera I give plenty of "HEY BEARS!" or "WHOOPS of joy" to warn them.
