Ingredients........
Chanaar dalna recipe west Bengal (India) ka ek bahut hi prasiddha byanjan hai.yah ek authentic Bengali recipe hai. Ise bahut less Ingredients ke sath banaya jata hai. Maine is recipe ko usse bhi less Ingredients ke sath banaya hai jo ki koi bhi ise badi asaani se bana sakta hai. Chaliye batate hai......
Paneer 250gms
Oil for fry 300 ml
Ghee for cooking 25 ml
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
(Giner 30 gms, 🍅tomato,1, 🟢green chilli 1)
Make a fine paste of all this Ingredients.
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
Raosted cumin powder a pinch
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Cream 1 tbs
Method........
In a kadhai add 15 ml ghee, add the cumin seeds. Then add the paste of tomato, ginger & green chilli. Cook for 2-3 mints. Then add little water & add the powder spices, cook for 3 mints. Then add the,2 cups of water & boil it, Then add the salt. Add the paneer tikkies & maida with little water to this & cook for another 5 monts. Then add Roasted cumin powder, ghee, cream & cook another 2-3 mints. Then add the garam masala powder, mix it & swich off the flame. The chanaar dalna is ready.
