Sukta recipe ek bahut hi famous Bengali Recipe hai, aur sath hi sath yah Healthy bhi hai. Isme kisi tarah ka masala use nahi kiya jata. Agar pet ki samasya ho to ise asaani se liya ja sakta hai. Aur iski khas baat yah hai ki ise koi bhi badi asaani se bana sakta hai. Ise banana bahut hi asaan hai. To chaliye ise banaane ke liye hamein kya kya chahiye.
Ingredients.......
Papaya 1(1/2 kg)
Mustard oil 1 tbs
Methi(Fenugreek) seeds 1/2 tsp
Ginger 40 gms
Saunf 1 tbs
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to test
Curry patta 20-25
Method........
Sabse pahle papaya ko patla patla slices me kat lijiye, aur saaf pani se dhoke ek side me rakh dijiye.
Ab ek mixy ke jaar me GINGER, aur SAUNF ko thoda pani dalke ek paste banaa lijiye.
Ab ek kadhai me oil add kijiye, aur oil garam hone par usme Methi seeds dal dijiye. Ab usme kata huwa papaya ko dal dijiye. Thoda time chalaane ke baad usme namak dal dijiye. Ab usme pisaa huwa Ginger aur Saunf daliye, Turmeric powder aur curry patte bhi dal dijiye. Ab thoda time pakaane ke baad usme 2 cups ke karib paani dal dijiye. Ab usme dhakkan lagaake slow flame me 10 mints tak pakne dijiye. Ab dhakkan hataake firse 2-3 mints tak pakaiye. Lijiye apka Suktaa taiyar hai.
