[Lettuce water kimchi noodles]
1. Make lettuce water kimchi broth with vinegar, plum syrup, and sugar to taste, then put it in the freezer to make thin ice.
2. Boil the noodles, place them in a bowl, and pour over the kimchi broth with thin ice.
3. Put the lettuce and kimchi ingredients on top, add an egg, and sprinkle with sesame salt to complete.

[Lettuce water kimchi]
1. Chop 2 small onions and cut a handful of chives into 3-4cm pieces.
2. 2 hours in advance, soak 2-3 large pieces of kelp in 1L of water.
3. For glutinous rice paste, add 5 tablespoons of glutinous rice powder (flour) to 1L of water and when it boils, boil over low heat for about 5 more minutes and let cool completely.
4. Put 1 can of pear drink, 5 red peppers, a handful of garlic, and 1 tablespoon of ginger in a blender and blend.
5. Add kelp water and glutinous rice paste to a large bowl and pour the ground ingredients into a blender.
6. Also, put 2 medium-sized onions, 2 apples, 1/2 cup fish sauce, 1/2 cup plum syrup, and 1 tablespoon salted shrimp in a blender, grind them, and pour into a large bowl.
7. Pour about 3L more water and season with salt.
8. Place half of the lettuce in a kimchi bowl and sprinkle half of the onion slices and chives on top.
9. Add lettuce, onion slices, chives, and pour in the kimchi broth. (Put it in the refrigerator overnight and eat it two days later.)

[Simmered pork without water in a pressure cooker]
1. Cut 2 packs of pork belly into 3 pieces and season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Thickly slice 2 onions, place in a pressure cooker, and place pork belly on top.
3. Cut 3 green onions into 5cm lengths, insert them between the meat, place them on top, and close the lid.
4. Cook over medium heat for about 4 to 5 minutes and when the pressure button sounds, reduce the heat to medium low and boil for about 20 more minutes to complete.
