I'd wager that smartphone addiction is the most common form of addiction these days. The tricky thing is that phone addiction doesn't feel detrimental. But a few hours a day spent doom-scrolling will tank your ability and desire to do anything that requires focus.
My hope is that this video will help you kick the habit (or at least make a tiny improvement). Progress ain't linear. Don't beat yourself up. I still get sucked in constantly.
