"Take it easy" I hear it all the time...
Should I take it easy? I don't think so... the benefits I get far outweigh any temporary pain or discomfort.
Sure... I could workout 3-4 times a week & still have the same amount of muscle gains, but I don't think it wouldn't have the same effect of my mental capabilities and overall mindset (Which are two of the main reasons I work out almost every day).
No matter where I am, even if i'm traveling... I try not to let the excuses get to me. You don't need anything to go on a run, you don't need anything to do pushups, so if that's all I have... that's what i'll do.
