( Serves 3-4 )

1 Cup Carrot shredded
1/2 a red bell pepper or 1 Cup
2 Bundles of cilantro- 1 Cup
1 Cucumber 1-2 cups- I use English cucumber
1/2 a medium red onion thinly sliced
1 Green onion/ scallion thinly sliced
8-10 Cherry tomatoes
2-4 Lettuce chopped 1-2 inches
2 Whole Limes
Optional- Celery slice thinly

2 Bundles of glass noodles- I use the pink net brand

Sauce:
1 minced garlic
1 teaspoon chili soy bean paste- Pantai Brand
1/2 cup sugar- Your preference
1 tablespoon palm sugar- optional
4-6 tablespoon fish sauce - your preference

1 Cup ground pork or Chicken + oil To cook the meat
( Pinch of salt and black pepper)

Shrimp- 5-7 pieces or more ( your preference)

Garnish: Limes/Crushed Peanuts/ Pepper Flakes/ Larb or Laab powder
