Hi There, welcome back to my channel. My name is Carla and I've lost over half my body weight (177lbs) in 13 months.

This series was recorded for my IGTV back in November when I had lost 150lbs in 11 months. I used a number of different tools to assist my weight loss journey and in this series I outline how I did it.
