Nothing will fully prepare you for what it’s like starting a restaurant business. It’s been 6 months since we opened the doors to our first brick & mortar location here in Rockville, MD.
Even after growing up in our dads restaurants and being told daily we should never open a restaurant we did anyways after spending 5 years on the road at markets & events. So now we’re taking some time to take a look back and update you all on our experience with our first restaurant, what the process has been like and what we’ve learned along the way.
