The 2013 Krewe of Barkus and Meoux Pet Parade was held in downtown Shreveport, Louisiana on Sunday, Feb. 3. Thousands of humans and hundreds of their four-legged friends, decked out in Mardi Gras finery, were in attendance. Royalty were crowned, beads (and chew toys!) were thrown, and a great time was had by all.
