Instantly transform your usual shinramyun instant noodle into tantanmen! Just wanted to try this out of curiosity, and it was surprisingly good. The key ingredient to this recipe is the sesame paste that goes with the broth, and doubanjiang with minced pork.

1 shinramyun instant noodle
50g minced pork
1 tsp doubanjiang
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame paste (or tahini)
1 serve bok choy
