Lotus stem/ Kamal Kakdi – 250gm
Kadam / Monji / Ganth Gobi – 5-6
Asafotedia / Hing – 1/4th tsp
Cumin/Jeera – 1/2 tsp
Dalchini / Cinamom – 1 medium Stick
Brown Cardamom – 1
Green cardamom - 2
Cloves – 3
Kashmiri Red chilli powder -2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4th tsp
Ginger powder – 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder – 1.5 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil
Water as per requirement
