Sour Apple /Khatte Saeb – 4-5 pieces
Brinjal – 5-6 pieces
Asafetida -1/4th tsp
Jeera / Cumin – ½ tsp
Clove crushed - 2
Sunth / Ginger powder – 1/4th tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 2tsp
Haldi / Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Baidhyan / Fennel Powder – 1 tsp
Curd/yoghurt – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
Water 1/2 a glass
