Canola Oil
1 lbs. of steak
12 shrimp peeled and deveined
1 chicken brest
1 carton mushrooms slliced
1 zucchini cut into sticks
1 sweet onion chopped
3 green onions trimmed
4 eggs whisked
4 cups of cooked Jasmine rice
1 packages Udon Noodles
2-3 Tbsp. of soy sauce
2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp. of sesame oil
Salt and pepper
1 stick of Butter
3 tablspoon garlic minced
