What we eat has a profound effect on our skin - it’s the largest organ in the body and its appearance closely reflects its health!

Today I try something a little bit different and share what I eat in a day to achieve my dietary goals, focusing on high quality protein consumption, plenty of “good” fats and harnessing the power of anti-inflammatory foods. “Inflammaging” affects all our tissues, not just our skin so this approach to your diet has far-reaching effects beyond healthy skin.

I’m not suggesting I do this every single day - perhaps 80% of the time - but I find that creating a habit of eating well becomes easier the more you do it.
