Here is a seasonal recipe, a pumpkin stuffed with meat, all bound with cream and grated Gruyère. It is a very comforting and satisfying recipe. You can decline it according to your tastes.

🛒 Ingredients:
1 pumpkin (about 1.5 kg)
1 tsp ground cumin
2 small onions
150g fresh cream
100 grated cheese
450g vegetable stuffing
3 sprigs of thyme
Parsley
chives
Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Clean the pumpkin well and cut the bottom.
Cut out the hat.
Scoop out the seeds from the pumpkin.
Then cut the remaining pieces of flesh into slices.
Reserve it all.
Peel the onion and mince it.
Mince the chives and parsley.
Add the thyme to the chives and parsley.
In a pan with a little oil, brown the onion, cumin and pumpkin.
Add the vegetable stuffing and sauté, mashing until the flesh comes off well.
Add the chives + parsley + thyme mixture then remove from the heat.
Place the pumpkin in a baking dish.
Place the stuffing in the pumpkin.
Cover with the hat and brush with olive oil.
Add the crème fraîche.
Cover with grated cheese.
Bake for 1 hour at 180 ° C.
