APS DCI organized an auspicious event, the first of its kind i.e Diamond jubilee celebrations of Pakistan on 1st Nov 2022.
Various eminent schools were invited at DCI campus for different competitions. It included various categories such as, Photography, public service message video making and APS SCHOOL SONG singing competition for both the junior and senior wing.
Ten schools including the host school participated with lots of photographs registered and exhibited by large number of participants. The event also included live streaming for other schools, for their enthusiastic participation in all the mentioned categories.
This one-day activity is aimed at encouraging right brain excellence, fostering goodwill among schools, and helping kids develop the success-oriented mindset that will serve them for the rest of their lives.
This competition aimed to recognize the creative efforts towards public service message.
The competition was organized for two categories: one was from 1st to 5th class students and the second was for students of class 6th to 10th. Entries were invited from all the national wide schools For getting a wider audience, we send special invitation to all the schools., More than 50 entries in each category were received in which students had made animated videos, as well as documentary videos, on the given topic.
It was really difficult to shortlist the entries, but we selected a total of 5 students based on uniqueness, engagement, information, creativity and research base. On 1st Nov, 2022, the shortlisted students were invited in a virtual mode. The selected candidates presented their video to the chief guest, judges, and a wider audience. Judges evaluated the participants based on Communication & Presentation skills, problem definition, and protective measures and how informative.
