How to cook a milky and sweet fish soup? Cathy, owner of Tung Hing Seafood Co. will show you, don’t miss this!

Step 1
Heat oil in wok, stir fry ginger slice till flavorful, add fresh fishes, fry fishes until golden on both sides, use spatula to mash fish meat and stir fry.

Step 2
Add boiling water, small amount white pepper, cover with lid and cook for half an hour.

Step 3
Strain fish bones with sieve, pour fish soup into cooking pot and bring to boil, add bok choy and tofu.

Step 4
Add small amount salt, bring to boil again and then serve.
