I never imagine making peanut butter is both difficult and complicated, and takes so much patience!
Step 1
Prepare 2 catties 4 taels good peanuts. Pre-heat oven to 180C and roast for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Put approximately 1 catty peanuts in one tray, roast separately for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Take out peanuts from oven to cool, remove seed coats while still warm, select good ones and those not burnt. Set aside.
Step 4
Divide peanuts into 300 gram per bag.
Step 5
Put in blender, use lowest speed to pulse and pause for 30 times, put them back in bag, blend the next bag.
Step 6
Slowly blend peanuts until powder, add 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons peanut oil, ¼ teaspoon salt in the center hole of blender, blend until smooth and creamy, no more chunks.
Step 7
Pour into glass container and cover the lid when it cools.
Step 8
Continue with the second bag and repeat the steps.
