1 cup oatmeal and 2 apples🍎 Healthy diet cake in 5 minutes! No sugar, no flour!

Ingredients:
Recipe 1:
100 g (1 cup) oat flakes
2 apples
80 ml(1/3 cup) water
1 ripe banana
1 egg
70 g(1/2 cup) dried cranberries
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of salt
bake 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F

Recipe 2
150 g(1+1/2 cup) oat flakes
250 ml(1 cup) milk
2 eggs
1-2 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)-optional
40 g(1/2 cup) desiccated coconut
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
65 g(1/2 cup) raspberries/ blueberries
bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C/360°F
