Siu Mai are steamed pork and shrimp dumplings!! Siu Mai is the Cantonese pronunciation (and it's how I have learnt it as). I always wanted to learn how to make it, so I was on the hunt for the past month gathering the ingredients and such! I thoroughly enjoyed learning how to make this and definitely can't wait to do it again~
