Fish fry recipe is delicious, simple, easy, quick, crispy from out and soft from inside, spicy that makes a great appetizer or a side dish to a meal.
Ingredients
• 500 gms fish slices
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon mix masala powder
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
• 2 tbsp Kokam Agal
• 5 tablespoon rice
• salt to taste
• oil for frying
Instructions
• Wash the fish thoroughly.
• Add turmeric, salt a chilli powder, mix masala powder, ginger garlic, kokam agal and salt mix all nicely.
• Marinate for 10 minutes or you can skip it.
• Roll in the rice flour.
• Heat oil in a skillet and fry fish until brown, turning once and frying on the other side till brown. Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion.
Note: Can substitute kokum agal to lemon juice.
