Tried,  bore of cooking and want to make easy quick healthy recipe then this is the best recipe Aloo Mutter Pulao Recipe.

Ingredients :

• 5 tbsp Oil
• 1 tbsp Clarified Butter
• 1 star anise
• 4 Cloves
• 2 black Cardamoms
• 1/2 tsp Black Cumin
• 1 Cinnamon
• 3 medium sized Onion sliced
• 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
• Salt as per taste
• 4 Green Chillies slit
• 2 Big Potato (peeled and cut into pieces)
• 1/2 cup Peas
• 1 cup Basmati Rice - Soaked for an hour 
• Mint Leaves chopped handful
• Green Coriander chopped  handful
• 2 cup Water

Method:

Heat Oil in a cooker, add all the whole spices.

Add sliced Onion and fry till they turn light golden and then add
Potato pieces and fry them also till they turn golden brown.
Add Ginger Garlic paste and fry.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for some time.
Add all the dry powdered ingredients.
Add soaked Basmati Rice and Mint and Green Coriander leaves. Cover and let cook till four whistle.
Switch off the stove and keep it until the steam is out.
Serve hot with salad and papad fry.
