BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — Three Berkeley County Detention Center deputies have been arrested.

State law enforcement says Avery Smith faces multiple criminal sexual conduct and assault charges, and Christopher Dozier III and Frankie Snider were both charged with one count of misconduct in office.

Snider is also a pastor with the Increasing Faith Christian Center on Northwoods Boulevard in North Charleston.
