40 mins Rebounding Symphony Circuit using weights & bootyband on aJumpsport Trampoline is a wonderful mix of cardio and strength. If you followed our 31 days of Christmas challenge on social media in 2022, then this is a wonderful compilation of all these moves put together.
I am using a mixture of a 4kg dumbbells, 7.5kg kettlebell and a medium bootyband. If you don't have all those pieces of equipment do not worry, you can still perform all the exercises today.
