As well as the benefit of buying new I also compare the costs involved if you bought a period conversion in the same area, taking into account reconfiguring layouts, renovation costs, extending, heating, electrics and renewable energy sources. A look at a case study of the costs of one of my own period conversions, as well as an insight into this hidden gem of an area in North London.
