We are kicking off with something that has been in the news recently and that's the rise of landlord rental scams. So I wanted to highlight these fake property advertisements and help you spot what might not be true as well as give you guidance on how not to be fooled by them. Including how you can check who owns a property, the rules of deposits, the importance of attending viewings, questions to ask and why using reputable Estate Agents are so important!
