Hello everyone yes I have another tutorial up on eyes. You might want to watch this one all the way through. I discovered something about paints and what they do.

Note when drilling glass wear protective eye ware, mask, and use a drop of water to prevent chipping or shatter.

Materials used
Pure milk white glass beads
drill with diamond bit call a burr
apoxie sculpt to fill in hole (you can use what works for you)
Glass paints (transparent this will give the watery affect)
uv gel I used magic glos
uv light
