Ingredients:

Urad dal (split black gram)
Moong dal
Yogurt (curd)
Tamarind chutney
Green chutney
Roasted cumin powder
Red chili powder
Chaat masala
Salt to taste
Pomegranate seeds (optional)
Oil for frying
Instructions:

Soak the urad and moong dal overnight.
Grind the dal into a smooth batter.Whisk the batter in one direction for 7-10 min until it becomes fluffy..
Fry the batter into small, round fritters.
Soak the fritters in water, then squeeze out the excess water.
Arrange the fritters in a serving dish.
Pour whisked yogurt over the fritters.
Drizzle with tamarind and green chutneys.
Sprinkle cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
