6g baking powder
40g (warm) milk or buttermilk
4g Vanilla bean paste

✔Cream cheese whipped cream
80g cream cheese
160g heavy cream
25g sugar

✔Tangerine jam
500g tangerine or mandarin
105g sugar
10g honey
10g lemon juice

✔Strawberry puree
230g strawberries
35g sugar
10g lemon juice
