简单又好吃的香辣参巴虾!🦐

材料:1颗洋葱,500克虾,100毫升椰浆,1勺糖,1勺盐,1勺生抽

辣椒酱:15根辣椒干,3颗蒜

1 . 首先把辣椒干去籽,清洗然后浸泡热水,后切小段与蒜一起搅成泥
2.把虾取出壳,清洗干净加入1勺盐抓均匀
3.烧热锅,下油待热倒入虾炒至变色取出
4. 锅留底油,把洋葱爆香,加入辣椒酱翻炒,再加入1勺糖继续翻炒均匀
5. 把虾倒入,再加入100毫升的椰浆&1勺生抽翻炒,就可以出锅了😋
