For a change of pace I got this Yamaha FG720S-12, a budget 12-string guitar to rehab... the FG720S-12 retails at about $320, and is a pretty nice guitar for the money. This guitar was played a lot but not well taken care of since it was new. Now 2 years old the strings are whipped, sound dull, and the guitar does not stay in tune well. Some new strings and some TLC got this baby sounding good again and staying in tune.

These Yamaha guitars are pretty nice for the money. Excellent choice for the student, beginner or budget musician. Yamaha is one of the few companys doing inexpensive guitars right, they aren't high end... but they certainly sound better than their price would dictate.
