1 egg yolk
50 g sugar (1/4 cup)
40 g cornstarch (1/3 cup)
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of a lemon
300 ml of milk (1 cup + 1/4 cup)

✅ Dough ingredients: 1 cup = 250 ml
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
15 grams of vanilla sugar (1 tbsp)
150 grams of sugar (3/4 cup)
150 ml sunflower oil 🌻 (2/3 cup)
150 ml of milk (2/3 cup)
300 g flour (2 cups + 1/2 cup)
15 grams of baking powder (1 tbsp)
