✅Ingredients:
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
8 g of vanilla sugar (1 tsp)
120 g sugar (1/2 cup)
120 ml sunflower oil (1/2 cup)
150 ml of milk (2/3 cup)
240 g flour (2 cups)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
15 g of baking powder (1 tbsp)

500 ml of milk (2 cups + 2 tbsp)
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
40 g cornstarch (1/3 cup)
20 g unsweetened cocoa (2 tbsp)
70 g dark chocolate (1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons of butter (30 g)

27 x 18 cm mold (you can use a 24 cm round mold)

Bake the first part of the dough in the oven at 175°C for 15 minutes
Bake the second part of the dough in the oven at 175°C for 20 minutes
