At the Saturday Bazaar in Expocentro, San Pedro Sula, there are hundreds of stalls selling traditional and exotic foods, drinks, handicrafts, and handmade clothing. Behind every table, I found a Honduran entrepreneur with big hopes and dreams. The Bazaar is open every Saturday but during the June Fair, the atmosphere gets extreme.
