At Overland Expo PNW 2022, I didn't specifically go looking for portable kitchens. But these tend to catch my eye when I'm walking around. We took a look at few in last year's Expo coverage, and here are a couple more I found I hadn't seen before.

These don't come cheap but it's always interesting to see the various and innovative approaches to this universal camping need. Perhaps some ideas here may inspire your own DIY projects.
