I love backpacking and my wife does not love backpacking. Something about digging a hole to poop in is a deal-breaker for her. As a compromise, we've settled on car camping. It's something we now enjoy doing together. Something else we enjoy doing together is cooking. It didn't take long for us to realize we could up our car camping kitchen situation with a chuck box.
