Preheat oven at 250 C for 15 mins

Bake at 250C for 20-25 mins or until top of the cheesecake is literally burnt.

Ingredients

Crust
200g crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup melted or softened butter

Cheesecake batter
16oz cream cheese (room temp)
( I recommend using Prairie Valley (formerly Swiss Valley) or Anchor cream cheese for the best result for cheesecake )
300g Vanilla Greek Yogurt
3 large eggs
1/2 sugar
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Salted eggs for filling and topping
