A Speed Warm Up exercise that includes stopping and starting as well as running coordination. Notice how the players do a 360 turn before getting to the turn line at the opposite end of their line. Then they must try to beat their opponent back to the other end in a straight sprint.
It is great fun and exudes a competitive spirit from your players.
