Sardin puff menggunakan roti paratha
Roti paratha bukan saja boleh dimakan begitu sahaja, ia juga boleh dibuat puff yang sedap. Untuk inti dia boleh buat iikut suka hati, dalam video ni saya buat inti sardin kentang.
Bahan-Bahan
- 1 tin Sardin (sederhana)
- 1@2 biji Kentang
- ¼ batang Lobak Merah
- 1 biji Limau Kasturi
- Garam (secukup rasa)
- Roti Paratha
- 1 biji Telur
- Air (jika perlu)
- 1 sudu besar Susu Penuh Krim
- Bakar 200ºc selama 10 minit

Sardin Puff using Roti Paratha
Not only can roti paratha be eaten as is, it can also be made into delicious puffs. For the filling, you can make it according to your preferences. In this video, I made a sardine and potato filling.
Ingredients
- 1 can Sardine (medium)
- 1@2 Potato
- ¼ Carrot
- 1 Kaffir Lime
- Salt (to taste)
- Paratha Bread
- 1 Egg
- Water (if needed)
- 1 tablespoon Full Cream Milk
- Bake 200ºc for 10 minutes
