Today I want to introduce you to 11 foods that we think are good, but are actually harmful. Looking at the ingredients, we can easily convince ourselves of this.

Today in #theclashers we will also talk about the harms of excessive use of certain foods, which in small quantities may be beneficial. When you turn the package on a protein bar, things look perfect – protein-rich nuts covered in chocolate or caramel that give you strength and replenish your body's needs quickly and easily. I'm sure you've seen these brightly colored bottles with split butt labels at gas stations. I take them because they have vitamins, hydrate and are tastier than pure water, but after reading about them, I think I'll stop.
Sports or electrolyte drinks are mainly intended for athletes who undergo loads. Often people prefer brown sugar because they heard somewhere that it is more useful... It's time for me to debunk its benefits. Brown sugar is a common intermediate in the production of white cane sugar, and that's at best. There are many fakes on the market that are colored with confectioner's dye, ordinary white sugar.
