The topic of 12 WRONG Habits That 99% of You Think Are RIGHT is healthy eating, or more precisely, healthy habits. Lately, the word #healthy has become more and more common and most often refers to #food and #sports, but is everything that we think is healthy really is? I decided today to look into this topic and check if we are not confusing some healthy habits. Are some of our catches outdated? We know that healthy products are more expensive and purely #finance many people can't afford them, but when we talk about #money I think food should be the last to suffer.

When we want to lose weight, everyone recommends us to eat a lot of #vegetables. Undoubtedly, it is super useful and supplies us with many substances necessary for the body. We often prepare these vegetables as salads, for greater convenience. However, what should we add to a #salad? Everyone thinks they can make up for lack of sleep during the week by getting a good night's sleep on the weekends. I do this all the time, but recently I have come across many articles that deny this information. Each organism is different, but in the evening, the body and brain seek about 7-8 hours of rest. I don't know how these days tea is carried around with the fame of a super healthy drink that even if we overdo it we won't have problems. However, every tea has some not so pleasant features. Definitely #vitamins are important for a healthy lifestyle, but what if we overdo it. Lately we hear that smoothies or liquid food is much more beneficial than what we have to chew. In reality, it is really absorbed faster and easier by the body, but this does not mean that it is more useful. First, the natural chewing of food gives the body a feeling of satiety, we feel the taste of food more and so our brain sends the right signals to the rest of the organs.
