A singer, a vacuum salesman and a priest walk into a motel…

What happens when a group of strangers converge on an isolated motel with a nefarious underbelly? Bad Times. But that doesn’t mean that this incredibly layered movie, set in 1969, can’t have good design. In “Good Design at The El Royale” we look at how music, set design, costumes, color and lighting and cinematography can come together to create a magnetic visual experience that keeps the viewer wondering: when a line is drawn, on which side would I fall?
