Hello everyone! In this video, I’m making a natural wine known as Pétillant Naturel, or Pét-Nat for short. It’s one of the oldest methods of producing sparkling wine, aside from méthode Champenoise. The grape juice ferments naturally through spontaneous fermentation, without any added commercial yeast 🍇
