This time, I made Mizu Shingen ☆ You can easily make it with 3 basic ingredients! It has a wonderful springy texture♪ I made it using agar, but it's not often sold in supermarkets, so I tried making it with powdered agar and powdered gelatin, which could be used as substitutes.
